1-on-1 Personal Training

In-person sessions in San Francisco (now) and Los Angeles starting fall 2025. We train at a location that works for you — private gym, outdoor space, or a home gym setup.

Every session includes:

  • Movement-specific warm-up and assessment

  • Strength and/or conditioning work built to your current program phase

  • Mobility and cool-down

  • Progress notes logged so each session builds on the last

Best for: people who want real-time coaching, form feedback, and accountability in person.

Custom Online Programming

A fully customized training program built around your goals, schedule, and equipment. Delivered with video references and regular check-ins — not a generic app plan.

Includes:

  • Intake form covering goals, history, movement limitations, and equipment

  • Custom 4–8 week program, updated as you progress

  • Weekly check-in with program adjustments

  • Messaging access between check-ins for questions

Best for: self-motivated people who want a real program written by someone who actually understands the science — not an algorithm.

Nutrition Guidance — Coming Soon

Training and nutrition work together. I'm completing additional coursework in nutrition to offer structured support in this area alongside training programs. If it's something you're interested in, reach out — I'll let you know when it's available.

We'll do a 15-minute call to make sure we're a good fit and talk through your goals and history.

3. First session

For in-person training, the first session includes a movement screen, so I know exactly where to begin.
